Der Earls Island ist ein komplexer Single Pot Still mit einem zweiteiligen Finish: 75,5% dreifach gebrannter Irish Pot Still Whiskey, gefinished in 225-Liter Ex-Bordeaux Rotweinfässern, und 24,5% dreifach gebrannter Irish Pot Still Whiskey, gefinished in 125-Liter Peated Quarter Casks aus amerikanischer Eiche. Das Ergebnis: dunkle Frucht trifft sanfter Torfrauch – komplex, würzend und unverwechselbar irisch.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Dunkle Früchte, würzend, Zimt und Vanille.

Geschmack: Dunkle Früchte, vor allem Kirsche, Zimt, Würze und etwas Rhabarber.

Nachklang: Langanhaltend, fruchtig und würzend.
