Der Bushmills 16 Jahre Three Wood – ganz seinem Beinamen entsprechend – reifte in drei verschiedenen Fasstypen: Ex-Bourbon Casks, Oloroso Sherry Casks und abschließend in Port Pipes. Das Ergebnis ist ein tiefer, komplexer und seltener Single Malt in tiefem Bernstein – "Deep Amber in Colour with Flavours of Dark Fruit, Nuts and Spice."

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Tiefgründig, Eichenholz, Zitrusfrüchte, süßes Marzipan und Vanille.

Geschmack: Vollmundig – Marzipan, Honig, karamellisierte Früchte und geröstete Nüsse.

Nachklang: Lang und trocken – dunkle Schokolade und Rosinen.
